I am leaving today and I am very sad. This was special experience for me. I have travelled most of the time in my life but this hotel was something special. People are beautiful, kind and so nice to me, all of them and they made my stay in Sofia wonderful. Thank you s much for everything .Hotel is best of the best in Europe. May in this hotel and feel special only because this people treat you with kindness and respect.

I would like to say that the best thing in this hotel is the staff, who were always very professional and helpful. It is very nice to see people with a smile on their face. It made my stay in Sofia very pleasant. Thanks to the staff!
